Delete your Bhagavatam account

You can delete your Bhagavatam account (app by MindCraft Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Bhagavatam and tap your profile picture to open You.
2. Tap Privacy centre.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. If you want a copy first, tap Download my data first.
5. Tick I understand this cannot be undone, tap Delete account, and sign in again to confirm.

Without the app

Email support@bhagavatam.app with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address linked to your account. If you signed in with your phone number, tell us that number; we will confirm the request with you before deleting. We act on requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• your profile: name, photo, email or phone number, preferences;
• reading progress, streaks, XP and certificates;
• Ask conversations and mood check-ins;
• challenges, study-group memberships and messages;
• reminders and the devices registered to your account.

How long it takes

• Your account closes straight away and you are signed out on every device.
• Personal data is erased within 30 days.
• Backup copies expire within 35 days.
• We keep only what the law requires, such as a record that you consented and that your deletion was completed, without your profile or activity.

Certificates you earned stop being valid on the certificate check page once your account is erased.
